Dietary Program
- Provides three meals a day approved by our Registered Dietitian, meeting specialized texture and nutrition requirements
- Routine monitoring of weight
- Regular nutritional assessments by our Registered Dietitian
- Liberalized diets for all residents – we do not serve specific diets such as diabetic, cardiac, or low sodium. Rather, we have the philosophy that we want our residents to eat anything that they will and treat possible symptoms that may come with those foods. This is because we know with this disease process, eventually weight loss is inevitable – so we tend to go by ‘any calorie is a good calorie’.
